Summary0001141: The SMART3 STB has seen audio silence since Bluetooth connection/disconnect.
DescriptionHi Kerwin

During SKB manager test, he checked audio silence after Bluetooth connection/disconnect from STB.
Please check it.

[issue description]
1) Power On > Bluetooth Speaker Connection > No sound output to Bluetooth Speaker from existing paired Bluetooth Speaker
2) Bluetooth speaker power off > Bluetooth speaker off > TV speaker no sound output, volume bar in Bluetooth mode

- Audio Out Port has not changed normally since then

Please check attached log and picture , please analyze the log.
SKB has an important interest in this issue.
It's important whether it's our issue or not. what is the cause of this issue?

The ALT QA team tested it, but it can't be reproduced.
Please check it quickly.

Hi Mr. YK Jung,

Could you ask SKB to check this issue on latest version ?
From the log, STB is still running '15.522.49;.
I see there are some fixes from SPtek.

Hi Kerwin

Like you said,
This FW is version v15.522.49, and since then, SPTek has made some modifications.
but SPTeK says that the modification is not related to this issue.

Could this happen because this issue is a crash?

Hi Kerwin

I'll contact you again when the log is updated one more time.
From the backtrace, it seems to be an Amlogic issue rather than an FNX issue.
Anyway, I will contact you when the log is updated.
